In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1092(f) (Clery Act), the Navarro College Department of Campus Safety is responsible for preparing and distributing the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report to the campus community.

Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA)
The Stop Campus Hazing Act, enacted on December 23, 2024, amends the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act to strengthen hazing prevention efforts and improve reporting transparency at institutions of higher education.
